Jason Palmer loves Firefly. You can tell. He takes such care to capture the personalities of the characters and it gives his stunning illustrations a comfortable sense, a feeling that he “gets” them the same way you do. I understand Joss Whedon has one of the “Firefly” prints hanging in his office, and I don’t blame him. I’ve got one over my desk and I see new details every time I look at it.
Palmer has completed several limited-edition licensed art prints and you can get them through SerenityPrint.com , or by hunting him down at conventions. Above left: “Shindig,” one of a planned series of prints for each episode. Center: “Mal and Inara.” Above right: “River,” one of a series of cast pictures. Right: the cover for the 2006 FX Convention in Orlando.
One thing: if you order from him make sure you also order the double mats (if they’re not included) to size them for standard frames. It’ll make your life easier, and he’s chosen the colors to complement the artwork.
He also creates licensed artwork for shows and movies outside the ‘Verse, for those who are interested in such things. You can see more of his work at jasonpalmer.net.

I just ordered one of these with a remarque from Jason’s web site. I can’t wait. Please hurry Mr. Postman.
I recently received my copy of the Serenity print with a remargue. The print looks great. All I need to do is find a frame to go with it. If you are collecting Serenity/Firefly stuff, one of these prints should be in your collection.
